Our standard production cycle is 30 days, from the preparation of raw materials to the completion of production quality inspection, it can be loaded into the container and shipped out. This cycle includes 7 days of raw material scheduling, 15 days of assembly line production, 5 days of full inspection and packaging, and 3 days of emergency buffer period (such as process adjustment). The logistics transit time will be calculated separately according to the port and shipping method you choose, for example, about 15 days for sea freight from Shanghai port to Los Angeles. We provide a real-time production kanban system, and contracted customers can check the progress of the production line at any time. (30% deposit required), or choose standing stock products to ship within 7 days
